# SAIF.Services.Export overview

`SAIF.Services.Export` is a small, stateless .NET Framework 4.6.2 class library that provides a single generic utility for converting an in-memory collection of objects into delimited (CSV-style) text, for consumption by the `Legal` front-end web application.*

## Purpose
- Converts any `IEnumerable(Of T)` collection into a delimited text string (CSV by default), using reflection to enumerate the public properties of `T` for both the header row and each data row.
- Consumed directly by the `Legal` web application as a utility service for CSV/data-export functionality.*

## Responsibilities
- Format arbitrary, reflection-discovered object collections as delimited text with configurable delimiter and quoting behavior.
- Remain generic and entity-agnostic — it has no knowledge of specific business entities, business rules, or database structures.

## Key components
- `ExportServices`: sole public class in the library; owns the entire export-formatting responsibility via its single public method, `GetCSV(Of T)`.
